Pet Policy
We understand that pets are part of the family at The Emory Altoona.
We have a 2 pet per unit limit.
Each pet requires a $300 refundable pet deposit and $45 monthly pet rent.
We do not have any weight restrictions, however large-breed dogs are restricted to ground-floor units. Some breed restrictions may apply.
PooPrints Registration is required for all dogs (one-time $50 registration fee)
